• 岗位职责：

- To support the continuous development of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, we take a proactive approach to cultivate a group of young talents to support our Mainland Branch Offices.

- The Executive Trainee programme is one of the key initiatives under the talent development strategy of the HKTDC. It follows a "2+1" year training model, incorporating diverse job rotations and interactive learning between Hong Kong and Mainland China. The programme aims to cultivate outstanding talents into business professionals with international perspectives and insights in the situation of Mainland China. It also aims to ensure a talent pipeline for senior positions in Mainland Branch Offices.

Together, we can drive trade exchanges between Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the global market.

- Note: This “2+1” programme refers to attachment to Mainland Offices for around 2 years, plus another 1 year training in Hong Kong.

• 任职要求：

- Degree holder in any discipline, with no more than 3 years of working experience. Graduates with a major in Chinese, foreign language, international trade, business administration, psychology, media studies, marketing and social studies will be an advantage

- Pro-active and adaptable

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Fast learner who is mature, responsible, and can work under deadlines

- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong command of written and spoken English (CET Band 6) and Chinese. Ability to speak Cantonese will be an advantage.

- Willing to accept relocation or business trips in different Mainland cities
