• 岗位职责：

- A 27-month structured and intensive journey for fresh graduates worldwide aiming at developing high potential talents to become future leaders. Our Fresh Talent Program will provide you with various opportunities to develop and grow together with CTG. As a return, you will be rewarded with a fantastic, fast-track career path and well remuneration during the journey.

- You will rotate across different departments within 15 months (Technical & Business Stream) then receive a 12-month intensive training in a selected department for wider and deeper expertise.

• 任职要求：

- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in the following but not limited majors: Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Computing, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, German, French

- Graduated before July 2024 or candidates with less than 1 year professional / internship experience

- Have good communication and presentation skills

- Good command of English and Chinese（both written and spoken）
