Solutions Accelerate Program

DSV Solutions Accelerate program will be a 2-year long program.  It aims at developing top talent in DSV solutions to start forming our senior managers and solution designers of tomorrow.  The program embarks the candidate on a journey specially designed to give you the skills and international experience they need to build a career in Logistics.

The program will be:

• 2-year long program
• Split between two sections:

1. 60% of the time they work on their current job role - focus on operational role
2. 40% of the time is spend on the program with training and site visits

• A chance to travel internationally & visit different key DSV solutions locations
• Well-rounded training provided by DSV specialists to give a full view of DSV Solutions
• Practical projects to apply all that is learnt in real situations and start having an impact
• Supported by a mentor to further help them navigate in DSV and their future career

What will they be doing:

• Follow several online training sessions to show the different aspects within DSV
• Work closely together with participants from different cultures
• Participate in a month-long online project with participants from different countries, sponsored by a senior manager from DSV
• Spend one month abroad on a DSV site to experience working abroad
• Have different immersive days (focusing on operational activities) to shadow different positions in order to understand the business of DSV
