工作职责：

• Providing support and developing skills to write regular and timely research reports on sustainability issues in Asia, such as climate change, energy transition, supply chain, labour welfare, and governance.
• Offering assistance and developing skills to analyse and write timely research reports on the sustainability solutions and relevant stocks.
• Staying informed about relevant news and policy announcements in Asia.
• Contributing to the development, management and refinement of the internal sustainability integration process through engagement with various internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in cross-team research collaboration and ensuring quality assurance.

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above, with minimum 2 years’ experience, including equity research, and/or covering sustainability, climate and/or ESG related consulting, reporting and journalism.
• Sell-side equity research experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to equity research.
• Excellent and well-structured written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin.
• Data management skills and previous working experience with financial database including Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Factset preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ESG or finance related qualifications(such as CFA, CESGA) added plus but not a must.
