岗位职责：

• Implement technologies and innovative ideas to digitize business processes, as well as minimize redundant operations for increasing value and productivity
• Discover underlying problems in changing businesses, identify rooms for improvement, propose solutions to stakeholders and deliver desired outcomes
• Design, evolve and optimize operation steps in micro level, and propose for new development and enhancement on application systems with solution architect and developers
• Participate in system implementation projects, including business requirement analysis, user training and system testing
• Support BI collaboration with regional functions, and maintain data catalogues with effective documentation and controls that correspond to business planning and analytical needs
• Perform front line support to regional offices on application systems, and resolve incidents and issues with teammates according to the SLA
• Assist user adoption of tools in mix with current application systems to eliminate manual workloads and/or errors from data processing, such as workflow management and robotics process automation

任职要求：

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information security, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of business case analysis, operation management and business accounting
• Proficient in fact finding and storytelling to communicate effectively when presenting ideas and solutions
• Experience on Enterprise Applications such as ERP, CRM, SCM and HRMS
• Experience on using Microsoft 365 and Google workspace
• Good team player and analytical thinker with a Can-Do Attitude
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Analyst
