• 岗位职责：

-Business Development: works with trade partners to enhance visitors' experience, organises events and programmes to connect HK and overseas trades, create programmes to entice visitors to visit HK, and promotes shops and restaurants

-Corporate Affairs: engages and cooperates with local and overseas media to generate positive awareness and entice participation in HKTB’s events and corporate initiatives, cultivate the ravishing image of HK through stakeholder management

-Corporate Services: provides professional financial, procurement, and legal suggestions to business functions to enhance compliance to safeguard

-Event & Product Development: develops events to strengthen HK's worldwide position, formulates promotion strategies for third parties' mega-events, and formulates and executes the event partnership and sponsorship strategies

-Human Resources & Administration: supports various functions by recruiting talents, establishing and reviewing policies, managing compensation, benefits and staff performance, formulating staff engagement, learning and development initiatives, and monitoring office administration and facilities maintenance

-Marketing: formulates and executes brand marketing, digital marketing and content development strategies to promote HK with an enticing brand proposition and ignite interest in every single traveller

-Mega Events Development & Advancement: serves as the first point of contact for event organisers by offering all-round support from professional advice to coordinating with relevant authorities and event promotion

-MICE & Cruise: reinforces HK as the world's meeting place and Asia's cruise hub by promoting MICE venues, products and experiences, provides support for trade partners and cruise lines, and promotes regional cooperation

• 任职要求：

-Undergraduate or postgraduate degree students in any discipline with less than 1 year of full-time work experience

-Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

-Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

-Passionate to develop tourism in Hong Kong

-Having relevant work experience and engagement in extra-curriculum activities is a plus
